GiMA Award Nominees Announced

The nominees for the 2013 edition of the GiMA Awards have been announced. Here’s a full list of all the non-film award categories.

The nominees for the fourth edition of its Global Indian Music Academy (GiMA) Awards have been announced. Since its inception, the Awards have steadily developed their scope for non-film music, with categories including Best Music Debut, Best Indie Song and more. Last year’s winners in the non-film category included producer Karsh Kale, who bagged an award for Best Fusion Album forCinema and Advaita, whose Silent Sea won them the award for Best Rock Album. This year’s list sees Spud In The Box (pictured) score high with four nominations, followed by The Ska Vengers with three. Check out a full list of nominees for 2013 below.
